By hand, in our atelier in Leiria, Portugal, since 2018, by Chef Chocolatier Joana Marinho.

What is a signature bonbon?

A hand-finished filled chocolate produced in small, numbered runs by a named chef — treated as a collectible edition rather than mass-market confectionery.

Do you deliver across mainland Portugal?

Yes, we deliver throughout mainland Portugal. As chocolate is heat-sensitive, deliveries always leave after 6 pm — so they travel in the cool of the evening and arrive in perfect condition.

Can I compose my own coffret?

Yes. In À Medida (Bespoke) you compose your coffret piece by piece, choosing each bonbon and the box size.

How do I place a special order or send a gift?

Through the Concierge — for special, gift and corporate orders — or book a private appointment with the Chef.
