The rich sweetness of caramel meets a pinch of fleur de sel over an elegant, bitter cocoa base.

Hand-painted with black cocoa butter and white detailing, every piece is one of a kind, just as no two crystals of fleur de sel are ever alike.

Every piece is crafted by hand in a space where various ingredients are handled. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, milk, egg, soya, sesame and sulphites.

Dried-fruit, caramel and oak notes that embrace the salted caramel; the sweetness softens the fleur de sel and lifts the bitter cacao. Serve at 12–14 °C.

Spirit Bourbon (Woodford Reserve)

Kentucky, USA

Vanilla, caramel and toasted oak that echo the salted heart, while the warmth of the alcohol contrasts with the bitter chocolate. Serve neat, at room temperature.

Tea Assam Black Tea

Assam, India

Malty body and caramel notes that support the caramel and cleanse the palate between bites, in an alcohol-free register. Serve at 90–95 °C.

Do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We deliver across mainland Portugal, and delivery is free in and around Leiria. Deliveries leave after 6 pm, so the chocolate travels in the cool of the evening.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. At checkout you can add gift wrapping and a card handwritten by the Chef, addressed to the recipient.
