How does the process work?
You send your brief; you receive a quote; after you approve and pay, the Chef makes your piece.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the request — you always receive a quote before any payment.
What is the lead time?
It depends on complexity, but 15 days minimum.
Do you account for allergies or diets?
We can adapt — just note it in the request form.
What can I personalise?
Bespoke shapes/moulds are not guaranteed — we look for a mould close to what you want, but cannot promise the exact one exists.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum quantity.
How do I pay?
When the Chef approves your request and sets a price, you receive a proposal with a payment button on this page and by email. You pay online by card, securely. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the Chef begins making your piece.
How is delivery handled?
It depends. If you specifically request hand delivery anywhere in the country, we do it — reflected in the price.
Can I see the piece before it is made?
There is no preview of the piece before production.
