Each Letter is designed by Chef Joana Marinho with the season in mind — a lighter spring, a deeper autumn, a comforting winter. Nothing mechanically repeated.

Handwritten card

Every box arrives with a note from the Chef on the bonbons that compose it · a tasting suggestion · a wine that pairs. For you or for whom you gift it to.

No tie-ins

Pause a delivery, switch tiers, or cancel — all in your account, one touch away. No fine print, no phone calls. That is the trust we hope to earn.

What to know

When do I get my first Letter?
Your first Letter is prepared by hand and sent as soon as it is ready. Following Letters leave the atelier on the first week of each month.
Can I change tier midway?
Yes. You can move from monthly to annual without resetting · the next delivery already follows the new cadence.
Can I gift it?
Yes. When subscribing you can set a different shipping address and recipient name. The Chef's card is addressed to them.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, at no cost. Pause in your account up to 5 days before the next dispatch · we resume on the following one.
How do I cancel?
A button in your account · no questions asked. The last paid delivery is honoured and the cycle ends there.
