What cookies are
Cookies are small text files your browser stores when visiting a site. They serve, for instance, to keep you authenticated, remember basket contents across pages, or retain a language preference.
Delicious Diamonds uses cookies solely so the site can function. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. That is why you do not see a consent banner — the GDPR and Portuguese Decree-Law 7/2004 exempt strictly necessary cookies from prior consent.

All our cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax · on secure connections (HTTPS) also marked as Secure. They cannot be read by third-party JavaScript.
Session storage
Beyond cookies, we use your browser's sessionStorage — local memory that clears when the tab closes. It is not sent to the server.

Third-party cookies
Delicious Diamonds does not use third-party cookies. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar or equivalent. The fonts we load from Google Fonts do not set cookies. The Leaflet map on Gardens of Origin uses CartoDB tiles and stores nothing in your browser.
If we ever add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting tool (Plausible or Umami) and we will update this page accordingly · no intrusive banner.

You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Note · disabling essential cookies removes the ability to sign in, keep a cart, or use account features.
