On 4 July 2025, Chef Joana Marinho took the atelier outdoors: she stepped into the Azeite Morgado Demonstration Kitchen at the São Pedro festival in Porto de Mós for a live showcooking.

In the open air, in front of everyone passing through the festival, she made some of the house bonbons from start to finish — the fillings, the chocolate shell, the finish — explaining each step to the audience as she went.
