The «Winter Ember»
The bonbon the Chef took to the show is the «Winter Ember»: chestnut, chocolate and the memory of roasted chestnuts in autumn. It is the piece that won the house the dessert category of Cociña con Castaña de Galicia, in a live final in A Coruña — we told that story here.
